et_block_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2>Description<\/h2>\n<p>The pedestrian squares are paved with large slabs of pietra serena, interspersed with a grid of river pebbles. Square seating and water features in both squares are also made from the same paving material. Greenery, consisting of hornbeams and non-fruiting mulberries indigenous to the area, is integrated into the design.<\/p>\n<p>The revitalized squares become spaces where citizens can rediscover the joy of \u201cbeing,\u201d sharing, and belonging to their community.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0In Sola, architectural elements of significant historical and cultural value, such as the church and the tree-lined avenue, blend seamlessly with a new multifunctional building <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">that replaces<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> two outdated structures. The new building, characterized by clean and essential lines, reinterprets the Lombard farmhouse structure in a modern context <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and serves<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> as a <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">landmark for the<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> square. Transparent like water, the building opens up to the square <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> once again <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">becomes<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the focal point for communal activities. The building is constructed with Nearly Zero Emission Building (NZEB) characteristics.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The existing library park <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is transformed<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> into a unified space, bringing together the square, water elements, monoliths and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">column jets<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
