The first is located at the start of the exhibition route on Piazzale Kennedy and spans approximately 1,300 square metres. The second is situated on the first floor of the Jean Nouvel Pavilion and spans approximately 300 square metres. <\/p>\n<p>Both installations aim to promote the region's typical products and encourage tourism. class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2>Description<\/h2>\n<p>The Liguria Pavilion on Piazzale Kennedy is positioned at the entrance to the Floralie event, showcasing the region's offerings. This 1,300-square-metre installation is designed to showcase the characteristics, peculiarities and skills of the entire Ligurian region. It aims to provide a sensory experience that showcases the region's diverse environments and their respective products. Once visitors cross the plant-covered archway at the entrance to the pavilion, they embark on a guided tour to discover the region's iconic flowering plants, such as daisies, geraniums, hydrangeas and bougainvilleas. They will then ascend the 'Hill of Olive Trees' and stroll amongst native citrus trees such as oranges, lemons, citrons and Pernambuco. They will find themselves surrounded by succulent and succulent plants before finally arriving in the area dedicated to aromatic herbs, where they can enjoy the scents of herbs commonly used in cooking, such as basil, sage, rosemary, oregano, thyme and mallow.   <\/p>\n<p>The route passes through these landscapes and arrives in a space overlooking the sea. Here, a specially designed scenography reproduces the typical features and colours of Ligurian architecture, paying tribute to the tradition of 'painted facades'. Visitors will be able to recognise the bell tower of Porto Venere, as well as recreations of Byron's arches, a medieval arch and a neoclassical window. <\/p>\n<p>The square is designed at a higher level than the event floor and is intended to support a varied floral display, which brings together the route taken in direct dialogue with the sea and the horizon. A guided descent through dry stone walls and terracotta vases finally leads to a second large space, which can be used for events and presentations.
