for the new exhibition centre in Palma de Mallorca puts forward an innovative model combining architectural quality, functional efficiency, and landscape integration. Unlike traditional exhibition complexes, which consist of large, isolated pavilions, the proposal features a linear structure that organises the exhibition spaces along the perimeter of the site. This creates a large public park at its centre. This open space is the heart of the project, serving as a meeting place and event space, as well as an environmental feature that improves the climatic comfort of the entire complex.  <\/p>\n<p>The exhibition spaces are organised as a series of large, interconnected halls that overlook the central park. This configuration ensures visual continuity, intuitive orientation and great management flexibility. All spaces enjoy direct access to the internal landscape and efficient logistical services along the external perimeter, eliminating the marginal areas typically found in large exhibition centres. This structure enables the complex to host multiple events simultaneously and adapt easily to different types of event.  <\/p>\n<p>The central park plays a strategic role as both a public space and an ecological and climatic element. The presence of Mediterranean vegetation, permeable surfaces, and water collection and phytopurification systems helps reduce energy consumption and improve environmental conditions across the entire complex. At the same time, the park can be used for outdoor exhibitions, events and concerts, thereby strengthening the relationship between the exhibition centre and the local community.  <\/p>\n<p>The project blends into Mallorca's natural and cultural landscape through careful consideration of topography and visual relationships. The complex opens up to the north, framing the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range and establishing it as the primary visual focal point of the public spaces. A luminous tower at the southern entrance has become a recognisable urban landmark, reinterpreting the mill towers that characterise the island's rural landscape.  <\/p>\n<p>Thanks to the clarity of its layout and the flexibility of the exhibition system, the project can be implemented in phases, with the guarantee that the complex will be fully operational from the outset.
