Within a quaint historic center dating back to the 12th century, a formerly vacant commercial space has been transformed into an elegant, luminous, and sophisticated fitness center. Nestled amidst the verdant landscapes of Brianza, it offers every convenience along with ample parking to ensure the optimal experience for all patrons.
A palette of blue and gold imbues the rooms with elegance, fostering a cozy ambiance conducive to self-focus and relaxation.

Description
The project entailed repurposing a previously utilized real estate unit to accommodate various dedicated functions. A reception and herbal tea area guides the guest towards the area reserved for individual physical activity. Both the environment and services are tailored, providing each user with access to both traditional and mechanical equipment, complemented by EMS technology, facilitating a harmonious balance of body and mind in a serene atmosphere.
Ground floor amenities include well-appointed changing rooms and facilities finished with high-quality materials. Below, in the basement, are rooms dedicated to meditation and rejuvenation activities: one side features a total-body cryo-sauna, adorned in shades of blue, while the other boasts a Zen-style minimalist relaxation and meditation area.
The environment reserved for chromotherapy, characterized by shades of gold, is created from a corner of the room dedicated to training courses, individual interviews and training updates. Thanks to the separate accesses, confidentiality and discretion are guaranteed.
The intervention encompassed comprehensive system renovations (plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning), as well as the supply and installation of new flooring and coverings. We provided full assistance to the client throughout material and supplier selection phases, overseeing works management at every construction stage. Custom furnishings were meticulously designed and crafted to ensure exclusivity and refinement, essential for the center to distinguish itself in the market.
