In a picturesque historical center dating back to the 12th century, a formerly vacant commercial space has been transformed into an elegant, bright and sophisticated fitness center. Surrounded by the greenery of the Brianza, it offers all the comforts and ample parking to ensure an optimal experience for all clients.
A blue and gold color palette lends elegance to the spaces, creating a cozy atmosphere that is conducive to self-focus and relaxation.

Description
The project involved repurposing a previously used property unit to accommodate various dedicated functions. A reception and herbal tea area guides the guest to the area reserved for individual physical activity. Both the environment and the services are tailored to provide each user with access to both traditional and mechanical equipment, complemented by EMS technology, facilitating a harmonious balance of body and mind in a serene atmosphere.
Amenities on the ground floor include well-equipped changing rooms and facilities, finished with high quality materials. Below, in the basement, there are rooms dedicated to meditation and rejuvenation activities: one side features a total-body cryo-sauna, decorated in shades of blue, while the other has a Zen-style, minimalist relaxation and meditation area.
The environment reserved for chromotherapy, characterized by golden tones, is created from a corner of the room dedicated to training courses, individual meetings and training updates. Separate entrances ensure confidentiality and discretion.
The work included a complete renovation of the systems (plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning) and the supply and installation of new flooring and wall coverings. We provided full support to the client in the selection of materials and suppliers and supervised the construction management at each stage of the project. Custom furnishings were carefully designed and manufactured to ensure the exclusivity and refinement necessary to differentiate the center in the marketplace.
The guiding principle of our architectural vision was to create an elegant, bright, welcoming, and sophisticated fitness center for a discerning clientele.
