The Green Hill, construction of a residential building in Cantù

Description

Located adjacent to Cantù's city center, the complex spans a volume of about 10,000 cubic meters, extending over a length of more than 70 meters. The considerable length of the building necessitated a unique solution to enhance the project, resulting in a cycle path that winds throughout the building, offering access to all levels and providing residents and visitors with a natural environment overlooking the mountains. The building, constructed with a combination of steel, glass, and reinforced concrete, accommodates around 24 apartments, possibly configured to meet various needs, each with a terrace and access to the rooftop "green hill."

The incorporation of today's advanced plant and thermal insulation technologies ensures the building's eco-sustainability, classifying the real estate units as energy class A or higher. The ground floor, designed as an underground access from the main entrance, houses garages connected to the upper floors via staircase and two elevators positioned at the ends of the building.
